What are the shipping costs and time frame?
Shipping is free for orders from 50€ (all tax included) and above. For orders below 50€ (all tax included), shipping costs 3,95€ for a delivery within 2 to 3 business days and 8,95€ (all tax included) for express at-home delivery within 24H. Deliveries take one to five business days.

How can I use my e-gift card?
You can choose between 5 amounts (20€ / 40€ / 50€ / 70€ / 100€). If the total amount of the order is less than the value on the card, you will not lose the difference and will be able to use it for future purchases until you spend its full value. You may therefore use it several times, provided there is a sufficient balance remaining on the card. The LAST e-gift card expires within one year from the date of purchase..

Where do you ship?
LAST ships to mainland France and Corsica. For any shipping outside of these territories, the Customer shall plan, on its own, transportation between LAST warehouses and their delivery address as well as pay the resulting costs. How can I return my item?
Client satisfaction is one of our utmost priorities. If the product or order you have received does not meet your expectations, you can return the product or order within a period of 14 days. The products must be new and unused, in their undamaged original packaging. To return your item or order, please contact lily@colors-that-last.com via e-mail so we can show you the steps to follow.
